GHMC Offered 5% Discount On Property Tax Till April End 

Hyderabad, April 26 (Maxim News): Property owners in Hyderabad have just five days remaining to take advantage of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s (GHMC) Early Bird Scheme. This scheme offers a 5% discount on property tax payments for the financial year 2024-25, but only if payments are received by April 30th.

Previously, the Early Bird Scheme applied only to residential properties. However, based on public requests, the GHMC has expanded the program to include commercial properties and mixed-use buildings.

“This is a great opportunity for everyone to save money on their property tax,” said GHMC Commissioner D. Ronald Rose. He encouraged property owners to take advantage of the scheme by paying online through the GHMC website or My GHMC app.

In-person payments can also be made at GHMC Citizen Service Centers, MeeSeva Centers, or circle head offices (between 8 AM and 11 PM). Additionally, bill collectors can accept payments and provide discounted receipts directly at your doorstep.
