Mallu, along with Congress party Telangana in-charge Deepa Das Munshi, addressed a meeting of Congress leaders from the Adilabad Parliament constituency at the Nirmal district center on Wednesday. Mallu urged voters to be wary of the BJP, claiming that voting for them would jeopardize citizens’ rights, especially in the face of alleged attempts to undermine democratic principles. He emphasized the need to safeguard India’s democratic fabric, contrasting Modi’s alleged autocratic ambitions with Rahul Gandhi’s commitment to democracy and secularism.

Accusing Modi of aiming for a third term to exploit the nation’s resources for personal gain, Mallu called upon the electorate to rally behind the Congress to protect the interests of marginalized communities. He asserted that the BJP and BRS are essentially two sides of the same coin, collaborating to deceive voters and advance their agenda.

Highlighting alleged collusion between the BJP and BRS to deprive farmers of security, Mallu pledged to prioritize irrigation projects in Adilabad to benefit local farmers. He promised to address land rights issues and provide support to farmers affected by adverse weather conditions, assuring them of government intervention to mitigate losses and facilitate grain purchases.

Mallu underscored the importance of empowering tribal communities and vowed to amplify their voices in Parliament through candidate Atram Suguna Vijaya. He urged voters to deliver a resounding victory for Suguna, aligning with the vision of Rahul Gandhi’s leadership.
