River Godavari Is Receding In Height At Bhadrachalam
Bhadrachalam/Hyderabad, July 28 (Maxim News): The height of Godavari at Bhadrachalam is gradually receding. It is known that the third danger warning was issued on Saturday evening when it reached 53.8 feet. After that, the flood subsided.

At 9 am on Sunday, the third danger warning was lifted after it reached 52.2 feet. A second hazard warning is currently in effect. If it falls below 18 feet, it will also be withdrawn. At the bathing ghats of Bhadrachalam Godavari, the flow is still high.
The police have set up security to prevent anyone from coming there. The roads leading from Bhadrachalam to Dummugudem were blocked due to flood water at many places. Roads from Bhadrachalam to Koonavaram were flooded due to traffic jams. The higher officials advised us to take precautions to avoid any trouble in flooded areas. (Maxim News)
