Bhadradri/Hyderabad, Aug 11 (Maxim News): Minister for Irrigation Uttam Kumar Reddy said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will start Bhadradri Sitarama Project 2 and 3 Lift irrigation on August 15.

Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy along Uttam Kumar Reddy inspected Sitarama Project Pump House-2. After that, the trial run of the pump house was started.
On this occasion, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that on August 15, a loan waiver of Rs. 2 lakh will be announced. He said that he is determined to give water to 6 lakh acres every year. They said that by August 15, 2026, every acre in Ayakat will be irrigated.

Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said that the previous rulers wasted Rs. 8 thousand crores in the name of redesign. Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao said that in the previous BRS government, the work of the project progressed at a snail’s pace. Distribution canals within the pump houses should be completed soon. He said that the Yathalakanta name should be completed in Sathupalli trunk works. He explained that if the Julurupadu tunnel is completed, Godavari waters will reach Paleru. (Maxim News)
