Hyderabad, Dec 28 (Maxim News): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued notices to BRS Working President K.Tarak Rama Rao in the Formula – E Car racing case. The ED has ordered KTR to appear for questioning on January 7.

The ED has also issued notices to senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar and former HMDA chief engineer BLN Reddy. The ED has said in the notices that Arvind and BLN Reddy should appear for questioning on January 2 and 3. The ED has initiated an investigation under the PMLA based on the ACB FIR.
The High Court has ordered the police not to arrest BRS Working President K.Tarak Rama Rao in the ACB case related to the Formula E-car race until the 31st of this month, it has extended the orders issued during the previous hearing. It has rejected the ACB’s request to lift the orders not to arrest KTR. It has concluded that orders cannot be issued without hearing the arguments. It has directed the government to file a counter. The next hearing has been adjourned to the 31st of this month. High Court Judge Justice K.Laxman issued orders to this effect. (Maxim News)
