KTR Approach Supreme Court Against Telangana HC

Hyderabad, Jan 8 (Maxim News): It may be recalled that the High Court dismissed the quash petition filed by KTR in the Formula-E race case. With this, KTR approached the Supreme Court challenging the High Court’s verdict.

KTR’s legal team filed a petition in the Supreme Court to this effect. It seems that this petition is likely to come up for hearing soon. After the High Court dismissed the quash petition, KTR’s lawyer requested the court to protect from arrest. The court did not agree to that either. With this, the campaign went on that KTR’s arrest was certain.

The government’s filing of a caveat petition in the Supreme Court has also become a hot topic of discussion, KTR has requested that their arguments be heard if they file a petition. With this, there were reports that the stage was being set for KTR’s arrest. Alerted by this, KTR discussed it with legal experts. It seems that it is against this backdrop that he approached the Supreme Court. On the other hand, the ED has also increased the speed in this case. It has sent notices to KTR. The notices state that he should appear for questioning on the 16th of this month.

The campaign that KTR’s arrest is likely to take place within a day or two is going on in full swing. It seems that the ACB is taking precautions to avoid any legal complications from this. It is being reported that a key review meeting will be held with the top officials of the Municipal Administration Urban Development (MAUD) and Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) at CM Revanth Reddy’s residence.
