Celebrations and Events Across the Country
On Army Day 2025, the celebrations will be observed with a blend of solemnity and grandeur. The highlight of the day is the annual parade held at the Cariappa Parade Ground in Delhi, where soldiers from various regiments of the Indian Army, showcase their drills and demonstrate the country’s military might and discipline.
Alongside the parade, there will be a series of other events, including the presentation of gallantry awards to soldiers who have demonstrated extraordinary courage and valor in the line of duty. These awards, include the Param Vir Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, and Vir Chakra, Additionally, wreath-laying ceremonies at war memorials across India will honor fallen soldiers, paying tribute to their sacrifice for the nation.

Several robotic dogs, also known as Multi Utility Legged Equipment (MUEL) were showcased at the Southern Command Investiture Ceremony at BEG and Centre Parade ground in Khadki, Pune.
