Langer Houz Police Nab Three Burglars, Property Worth Rs. 8 Lakh Recovered

Hyderabad, Feb 15 (Maxim News): The Langer Houz police on Saturday arrested three alleged burglars, involved in a series of property offences and recovered property worth Rs. 8 lakh from them.

The arrested are A. Sai (19), Namili David Raj alias Varun (18), and Maganti Sai Kumar (22), are all residents of Kukatpally. 

According to the police, the trio in January entered into the house of a man Shekar Goud when the family had gone out for the Sankranthi festival and made a way with gold ornaments weighing around 10 tolas.

On a complaint, a case was registered and an investigation was launched. The police finally managed to nab the trio of Sai, David, and Kumar. On interrogation, the trio admitted to the crime and also confessed to their involvement in another case reported at Chandanagar police station, said DCP (southwest), G. Chandra Mohan.

The police recovered 4.5 tolas of gold ornaments about the Langer Houz case while another 8.24 tolas of gold ornaments pertaining to the Chandanagar case were recovered from them.

The gang so far committed six burglaries in Hyderabad, Rachakonda, and Cyberabad.  (Maxim News)
