Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): BRS President and first Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrashekar Rao, on Sunday extended heartfelt birthday wishes to N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and leader of the Telugu Desam Party.
