Manufacturing Rafale Parts In Hyderabad Now: TATA Big Deal With French Company
Hyderabad, June 5 (Maxim News): Another key step has been taken in the ‘make in india’ program. The production of spare parts for the Rafale fighter jets, which are the backbone of the Indian Air Force, will now be manufactured in India, Hyderabad is the center for this. To this end, a key agreement has been signed between Dassault Aviation, the parent company of Rafale, France, and Tata Advanced systems (TASL).
According to this agreement, the main components of the Rafale fighter jets will now be manufactured at TASl (Tata Advanced systems Limited) in Hyderabad. This is the first time that Rafale aircraft components are being manufactured outside France. Tata Advanced Systems aims to start production of these components by the financial year 2028. The company will accelerate the necessary arrangements for this. It will provide two fuselages per month.
Tata Advanced Systems Limited CMD Sukaran Singh said that this agreement will be a milestone in the history of the Indian defense sector. On the other hand, Dassault Aviation Chairman and CEO Eric Trappier said about this agreement. “This is a key step in strengthening our production in India.
