Relief For CM Revanth Reddy In Supreme Court
Delhi/Hyderabad, July 29 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy got a huge relief in the Supreme Court. It is known that the Telangana High court quashed the petition filed by N.Peddiraju in the land dispute case, saying there was no evidence against Revanth Reddy.
However, N.Peddiraju challenged the High Court order in the Supreme Court. He approached the Supreme Court to transfer the case to another state.
It is reported that the petition contained objectionable comments on the judge along with issues related to the High Court verdict. The Supreme Court Chief Justice’s bench dismissed the petition filed by N Paddiraju. The court also issued contempt notices to N Paddiraju and his advocate Ritesh Patil. CJI BR Gavai, who expressed his anger at the petitioner, ordered the petitioner and Peddiraju to appear in court in person for the next hearing. (Maxim News)
