The S-400 Triumph is a modern air defense system made in Russia. It can shoot down fighter jets. drones, cruise missiles, and even ballistic missiles from a long distance. The 40N6 missile used in this system can hit targets up to 400 kilometers away.

India signed a S5.43 billion deal with Russia in 2018 and purchased a total of five S-400 systems. Three of them have already arrived in India. During Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army placed one system each on the borders of Punjab and Rajasthan. It played a key role in this war. It can shoot down aircraft that are close.

But it also shot down aircraft that were far away. It is because of the presence of such weapons in the S-400 system that India was able to achieve this amazing success. Due to this, Pakistani fighter jets did not dare to come to the Indian border. The S-400 system can also withstand the jamming methods of enemy countries. Due to this, India will create many records in the future. (Maxim News)
