Hyderabad, Aug 14 (Maxim News): Independence Day celebrations will be held across the country tomorrow with great pomp. Hyderabad Metropolis is all set for Independence Day celebrations. In this backdrop, liquor sales will be stopped to ensure that peace and security are not disrupted.

Wine shops will be closed on August 15, Bars, Pubs and restaurants that supply liquor will be closed tomorrow. Along with Hyderabad, cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore will also observe a dry day.

Meat shops will remain closed in Hyderabad city on August 15 and 16. GHMC Commissioner RV Kaman made an official announcement to this effect.
