Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 15 (Maxim News): The Center has allotted four IPS officers to the Telangana cadre. While Ayasha Fatima from Madhya Pradesh, Mandare Soham Sunil from Maharashtra, Manisha Nehra from Rajasthan, and Rahul Kant from Jharkhand have been allotted.
Abhijit Pandey from Telangana’s home state has been allotted to the Manipur cadre, and S Deepti Chauhan has been allotted to the UP cadre. The number of women IPS officers has increased this year compared to last year. Out of 174 trainees, 62 are women, which is 35.63%. This year, Anjit A Nair from the Tamil Nadu cadre will lead the parade. Out of the total 174, 112 are men and 62 are women IPS officers. Out of these, 13 are married women and 49 are unmarried. Among the men, 28 were married and 84 were unmarried.
This time, 14 men under the age of 25 and seven women have become IPS officers. There are 87 between the ages of 25 and 28, of which 37 are women and 50 are men. There are 66 above the age of 28, of which 18 are women and 48 are men. There are 88 with work experience, of which 24 are women and 64 are men. There are 86 without any work experience, of which 48 are men and 38 are women. As usual, this time too, there are 87 with an engineering background. There are 36 from a science background, 29 from an arts background, eight from MBBS, eight from commerce, and six from law. (Maxim News)
