After the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, the state of Jammu and kashmir became a quasi-union territory.  Union territories like Chandigarh and Lakshadweep do not have an assembly.  Therefore, they do not have Rajya Sabha seats.  However, in 2020, the Jammu and Kashmir Regional Assembly was reconstituted.  Therefore, like other states, the Rajya Sabha elections were again held in the assembly.  As expected, the ruling party National Conference won the majority of seats.  (Maxim News)
