EC Orders Action on Code Violations in Jubilee Hills
Code violations in Jubilee Hills | Hyderabad, Nov. 11: The Election Commission has expressed strong displeasure over reports of local leaders violating the model code of conduct during polling in the Jubilee Hills constituency.
Officials were instructed to take strict action against MLAs and MLCs seen near polling booths in violation of election rules.
Three FIRs Filed Against Public Representatives
District Election Officer R.V. Karnan stated that three FIRs have been registered so far against non-local public representatives who breached the code of conduct.
He confirmed that the authorities are closely monitoring the movements of all political figures around polling stations to ensure a fair voting process.3

The Election Commission reiterated that no public representative is permitted to enter or remain near polling stations once voting has commenced.
It also warned that any interference with polling procedures would invite immediate legal action.
Officials emphasized that maintaining the integrity of the polling process is a top priority and assured that further violations would result in swift enforcement measures.
