These Are Proud Moments For India In 2025: PM Modi
Delhi/Hyderabad, Dec 28 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 129th edition of the ‘Mann ki Baat’ program. As part of this, he recalled the proud moments of India in 2025. He said that India showed its strength to the world with Operation Sindoor. This is a testament to the sincerity of this government towards the security of the country. He said that this operation has become a matter of pride for every citizen of the country. He said that even when Vande Mataram‘ completed 150 years, the same spirit was seen among the people of the country.
Modi said that this year is also memorable in terms of sports (World Cup victories). He said that the Team India men’s cricket team won the ICC Champions Trophy after 12 years. He said that the women’s cricket team won the ODI World Cup for the first time.
He recalled that the women’s blind team created history by winning the T20 World Cup. He said that India has also shown its talent in the space sector that year (Achievements in space sector).
On this occasion, he praised Subhanshu Shukla, who created history by becoming the first Indian to reach the International Space Station. Modi said that India surprised the world by successfully organizing the Mahakumbh Mela, which was attended by crores of people. He believed that the flag hoisting ceremony held at the Ram temple in Ayodhya made every Hindu proud.
He recalled many schemes and other things undertaken by the government this year. He called on the people of the country to enter the new year in the same way that they were united and harmonious in 2025. He assured that his government would take more steps for the development of the country in the new year. (Maxim News)
