On the third consecutive day of the GHMC sanitation drive, officials carried out large scale cleaning operations across the city. Sanitation teams focused on roadsides, dividers, central medians, and kerbs in different areas of Greater Hyderabad. Meanwhile, Commissioner Karnan conducted field level inspections in Adibatla, Kongara Kalan, and Bongulur areas under the Shamshabad zone. During these visits, he reviewed both the progress and quality of the sanitation works being carried out.

Phased sanitation plan covers FOBs and flyovers

The sanitation drive follows a phased and systematic approach. On the first day, GHMC teams cleaned Foot Over Bridges across the city. Then, on the second day, they focused on the cleaning of flyovers. According to officials, this structured plan helps ensure better coverage and proper use of resources. The ongoing third day operations extended the drive to major roads and public spaces, therefore widening the impact of the campaign.
