Child Trafficking Gang Arrested: Hyderabad Man Plays Key Role

Ahmedabad/Hyderabad, Jan 30 (Maxim News): Ahmedabad Police busted a child trafficking racket. The police caught the trafficking gang while transporting a newborn baby from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad. Four accused have been arrested in this case. According to the information given by the police.. It seems that an agent named Roshan Agarwal from Hyderabad played a key role in this child trafficking.

It is reported that this gang had purchased a newborn baby from a hospital in Ahmedabad for Rs. 3.60 lakh and planned to sell it to some people in Hyderabad. However, while the Ahmedabad police were checking vehicles, they found a newborn baby in a car. When the people in the car were questioned about the baby, they could not give a proper answer. The police, suspicious of this, detained them and interrogated them. With this, the child trafficking gang was exposed.

Ahmedabad police have arrested Hyderabad-based agent Roshan Agarwal and three others in this case. It is understood that the child is currently in police custody. The police are making efforts to identify the child’s parents and hand them over to them. (Maxim News)
