As a result, daytime temperatures are already climbing in several regions.

Amid this rising heat, Telangana Weatherman has issued a key alert. According to the latest forecast, temperatures will gradually increase across the state as March begins.

More importantly, a sharp spike is expected between March 3 and March 7.

During this period, daytime heat will be severe. Therefore, people are advised to remain cautious.

Heat Wave Alert | District-Wise Temperature Forecast

Due to rapidly changing weather conditions, northern and eastern Telangana districts may witness extreme heat.

These districts include Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Khammam district, Mulugu district, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, Mancherial district, Adilabad district, and Komaram Bheem Asifabad district.

In these areas, temperatures may range between 39°C and 41°C.

Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, temperatures are likely to touch 36°C to 37°C. In other parts of the state, the mercury may hover between 37°C and 39°C.

Since the summer season has officially begun, residents should take precautions.

In particular, they should drink plenty of water and avoid dehydration. Additionally, people should limit outdoor activity during peak afternoon hours.
