Hyderabad: Iran attacked the headquarters of the United States Navy’s 5th Fleet in Bahrain, according to reports, killing 21 American soldiers. The strike targeted the naval base in the Juffair district of Manama, the capital of Bahrain. Reports said Iran carried out the attack using missiles and drones.
Tensions are rising sharply in West Asia. American and Israeli warplanes have been attacking Iran. Meanwhile, Iran has continued strikes on American bases in Israel and Gulf countries. Therefore, the situation in the region has become more tense in recent days.
The Tehran Times reported that 21 American soldiers died in the attack on the US Navy base in Bahrain. The report also said a large fire broke out after the strike. Satellite images reportedly confirmed the fire at the site.
