Amravati, May 5: Supreme Court of India has appointed three new judges to the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The appointments were made to fill existing vacancies in the court.
Judicial officers Sunitha Gandham, Alapati Giridhar and CH Purushottam Kumar have been elevated as judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The appointments come as part of efforts to address vacancies in the High Court. Officials said the move aims to strengthen the judiciary and improve case disposal.
All three appointees were serving as judicial officers before their elevation. Their promotion is expected to support the court in handling its workload more efficiently.
