Hyderabad: Five members of a family suffered injuries in a Vikarabad road accident while returning from Hyderabad on March 21. Police said the crash took place near Rakancherla Gate in Pudur mandal. A speeding car reportedly rammed into the autorickshaw carrying the victims. As a result, the vehicle was badly damaged and all passengers were injured.
According to officials, the injured belonged to one family from Farsapur Thanda in Kodangal mandal. They had attended a wedding in Hyderabad earlier that day. Later, they started their return journey to their village. However, the journey ended in tragedy after the collision.
Moreover, locals responded quickly after hearing the impact. They rushed to the spot and helped the injured. Soon after, they shifted the victims to Parigi Government Hospital. Doctors are currently monitoring their condition. Meanwhile, police confirmed that all five suffered multiple injuries.
