Hyderabad, Mar 23 (Maxim News): Siddipet MLA and former minister T. Harish Rao criticised the Congress government during the Assembly budget session. He questioned the status of promises made in the previous budget. The Harish Rao six guarantees criticism focused on implementation gaps.
Harish Rao said the government has completed over two years in office. However, he alleged the six guarantees are yet to see full implementation. He also questioned the ground level execution of schemes. Therefore, he demanded clarity from the government.

The Harish Rao six guarantees criticism also focused on farm loan waiver claims. He alleged a gap between official claims and ground reality. He said many farmers are still waiting for relief. He also claimed farmers continue to visit banks for resolution.
Referring to past policies, he said the previous BRS government continued Rythu Bandhu support even during the pandemic. However, he alleged the current government releases Rythu Bharosa only around elections. He also asked when support would increase to Rs 15,000.
Harish Rao further alleged that the crop bonus promise remains unfulfilled. He claimed farm workers were also affected. Therefore, he asked the government to deliver benefits as promised. He said farmers remain uncertain due to policy delays.
The MLA also responded to remarks by Excise Minister Jupally Krishna Rao. He questioned revenue projections from the excise department. He asked if higher targets would lead to more liquor outlets.
