Hyderabad, April 22: A woman constable suicide in Warangal has triggered an investigation after a 33 year old police personnel died by suicide at her residence.
The deceased, Sadu Sangeetha, was attached to Bhupalpally police station. She allegedly hanged herself at her in laws’ house in Mattewada on Tuesday evening.

According to police, she returned home after duty and later took the extreme step. Meanwhile, her husband found her hanging when he returned from work.
Police recovered a suicide note from the scene. In it, she alleged sexual harassment and mental torture by another constable.
Following the incident, authorities shifted the body to MGM Hospital for post mortem. Later, they handed it over to family members.
Based on a complaint by relatives, police registered a case. They booked the accused under abetment to suicide and other relevant sections.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing. They added that further action will follow based on evidence.
