Mumbai/Hyderabad, May 8 (Maxim News): It is known that religious conversions and harassment took place in the TCS unit in Nashik. The police have arrested Nida Khan, a suspended TCS employee and the main accused in that case. She has been absconding for the last 25 days. She was taken into custody in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. There are allegations against Nida Khan that she is supporting the rape accused. It has been found that she used to prevent employees from filing complaints. Along with this, there are allegations that she also encouraged religious conversions.
The incidents took place at the TCS BPO unit in Nashik. The police have been on high alert across the state to arrest the accused Nida Khan. However, Nida Khan had approached the Nashik court for anticipatory bail. But the bail plea was rejected. The prosecution had told the court that a custodial investigation was necessary due to the presence of digital evidence and witness statements.
The SIT is investigating the case on the orders of the Nashik Police Commissioner. There are allegations that Nida Khan encouraged the victims to convert to Islam and psychologically blackmailed them into wearing hijab and burqa. (Maxim News)
