He said the Congress would fight to protect every voter’s right. He also criticised the Election Commission’s recent guidelines.

Goud claimed Telangana has 3.38 crore voters and alleged that 22 percent of votes were deleted as ASBDs.

He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah should be held responsible for the alleged deletions.

Goud expressed concern that poor and ordinary voters could lose their voting rights.

He said the Congress appointed 35,000 Booth Level Agents. However, he claimed the Election Commission recognised only 13,100 of them.

The TPCC chief alleged that the process could remove votes belonging to common people.

He also questioned the requirement linked to voting records from 2002.

According to Goud, many people could not receive enumeration forms because of this condition.

The Election Commission has not been quoted responding to these allegations in the statement.
