Hyderabad, June 9 (Maxim News): Police raided a ganja party in the city’s old town of Chandrayangutta Bandlaguda police station limits. The police conducted a surprise inspection after receiving specific information that a ganja party was being held in a house in Crystal Township. The raids were conducted under the supervision of Rajendranagar DCP Srinivas. Seven people were arrested after they were found consuming ganja. The police seized approximately 220 grams of ganja from the accused.
Investigation revealed that the cannabis was brought from Ooty and Kodaikanal areas. In these raids, the police arrested a prominent Ayurvedic doctor, Ataullah . He was taken to Osmania Hospital for medical examination. The police announced that further legal action will be taken after the medical report is received. (Maxim News)
