Nawab Mahboob Alam | Hyderabad, June 29 (Maxim News): The Nampally Criminal Court on Monday adjourned the bail hearing of Nawab Mahboob Alam Khan in Advocate Khaja Moizuddin murder case to Tuesday (June 30) after hearing preliminary submissions from both sides.
The court is also to hear an implead Application filed by the Advocate Mohd Farhanuddin who is the complainant and victim’s counsel Dr. V Raghunath, Designated Senior Counsel Advocate before taking up the bail plea.
Dr. V Raghunath, appearing for the complainant and victim, filed an implead petition seeking to participate in the bail proceedings.
Speaking to the media outside the court, he confirmed that the petition had been submitted. Counsel representing Nawab Mahboob Alam Khan argued the bail application before the court.
However, the court deferred further proceedings and posted the matter for Tuesday.

According to Advocate Mohd Farhanuddin, the court is likely to consider the implead petition before hearing the bail application of Nawab Mahboob Alam Khan.
The implead petition seeks permission for the complainant’s side to present its arguments during the bail proceedings.
The court did not pass any order on the bail plea during Monday’s hearing. Instead, it scheduled the matter for further hearing on June 30.
The case will now come up before the Nampally Court, where both the implead petition and the bail application are expected to be heard. (Maxim News)
