Trump Towers Hyderabad | Hyderabad, Aug 11 (Maxim News): Tribeca Developers has launched Trump Towers Hyderabad on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet with Ira Realty.
The project marks the Trump brand’s entry into South India’s luxury residential market. It has received RERA registration under number PO2400010871.
The developers have opened Expressions of Interest for priority allocation. The formal sales launch will follow.
The project will feature two 65 storey towers. Each tower will rise about 800 feet above Kokapet.
A suspended sky bridge will connect the towers at the 28th floor. The Trump Club will sit above the bridge and span both structures.
The club will feature landscaped spaces and open views across the city. The design aims to create a distinct landmark within Hyderabad’s growing luxury property market.
The development will include more than 450 residences. The housing mix will include 3.5 and 4 BHK homes.
It will also offer double height simplex residences. Each home will have a private lift lobby and floor to ceiling glazing.
Trump Towers Hyderabad targets luxury buyers
Additional amenities will occupy a landscaped podium. The developers said the project combines a premium location with a globally recognized luxury brand.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, welcomed the launch. He said India remains an important luxury real estate market.
He also said Hyderabad has become one of India’s fastest growing cities. According to him, the project could become a prominent address in the city.
Tribeca Developers founder Kalpesh Mehta said the project combines the site, brand and development expertise required for a landmark property.
Mehta said Tribeca has developed Trump branded properties in several Indian cities. He added that the Hyderabad project uses a more complex design because the towers connect high above the ground.
Ira Realty founder and Managing Director Narsi Reddy said the company assembled the Golden Mile Road land over several years.
He said Hyderabad’s rapid growth created demand for a high end residential development of this scale. He also expressed confidence in Tribeca’s experience with Trump branded properties.
The Hyderabad launch follows more than a decade of Trump branded residential development activity in India. Existing projects are located in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata.
The project adds another premium residential development to Kokapet. The area has emerged as a major destination for luxury housing and large scale real estate projects in western Hyderabad. (Maxim News)
