Hyderabad: Traffic restrictions and diversions will be in place in Banjara Hills on August 13 in view of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s scheduled visit to Komaram Bheem Adivasi Bhavan.
According to Hyderabad Traffic Police, moderate traffic congestion is expected on Road No. 10 between 2 pm and 6 pm.
The affected stretch is likely to include the area from Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital Rotary to Road Nos. 9 and 10 in Banjara Hills.
Commuters may face delays at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital Rotary, Zehra Nagar and Road No. 10 during the visit.
Banjara Hills Traffic Diversions for CM Visit
Motorists travelling from Masab Tank and Taj Krishna towards Road No. 10, Zehra Nagar, NTR Bhavan or Jubilee Hills Check Post have been advised to take alternative routes.
They can use Road No. 12, Agrasen Island and NTR Bhavan, or Road No. 7, Road No. 14 and NTR Bhavan.
Similarly, motorists travelling from Jubilee Hills Check Post or NTR Bhavan towards Zehra Nagar, Road No. 10, Khairatabad and Masab Tank can use Road No. 14 and Road No. 7.
An alternative route through Agrasen Island and Road No. 12 has also been suggested.
Traffic police have advised commuters to plan their journeys in advance and use alternative routes to avoid delays.
