Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 15 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that every heart of the country is beating with the slogan of Vande Mataram. On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day of India, he hoisted the tricolor flag on the Red Fort on Saturday morning. Later, Prime Minister Modi addressed the people. He said that the national flag is flying on every house. He explained that independence is the result of the sacrifices of many heroes. He said that the Vande Mataram song was sung at the Red Fort for the first time. He said that the country is moving forward with new enthusiasm. He said that we are moving forward with the goal of Vikasit Bharat-2047. He expressed confidence that India is growing towards becoming the largest economy.
Prime Minister Modi said that if the determination is strong, one can face tough challenges with ease. He said that if the determination and dreams are high, the capacity will increase. He said that today the whole world is looking at India. He reminded that toilets have been built at 4 times the speed. He said that houses for the poor have been built at 3 times the speed. He also explained that metro rail facilities have been increased across the country.
rime Minister Modi reiterated that our goal is to achieve a self-reliant India. He called on the people to increase self-confidence and achieve self-sufficiency on this occasion. He said that we are moving forward with the slogan of Vocal for Local. He said that the entire country will stand by the families affected by disasters like floods and landslides in many areas.
He explained that the importance of chips in electronic goods has increased in the digital world. He said that key steps have been taken towards self-reliance in the semiconductor sector. He reminded me that three major semiconductor plants have started operations. Prime Minister Modi said that about 8 semiconductor plants are likely to start in seven to eight years.
He said that our goal is to produce 200 gigawatts of nuclear energy. He also said that five nuclear reactors are being set up. He said that gas is being provided through pipelines in 70 cities of the country. He explained that cooking gas is being provided through pipelines to 1.75 crore homes. He stressed that achieving energy security is an urgent need of the country.
Prime Minister Modi made it clear that it is not anyone’s generation to hinder the development of the country. He said that a lot of progress has been made in all sectors in 12 years. He reminded that 25 crore people have come out of poverty. He explained that the manufacturing of railway coaches and mobile phones has increased. He reminded that digital transactions have increased 100 times. He said that every work is being done at a speed many times over. He said that railway electrification has been increased from 30 to 100 percent. He explained that the first hydrogen train has also been launched recently. He said that many laws have been changed.
He expressed his grief that the Corona pandemic has engulfed the world. He stated that wars have engulfed us as soon as we get out of Corona. First it was the Ukraine war. Now it is the Iran war, he explained. He said that some people have threatened that fuel and fertilizers will not be available if there are wars. He said that no matter how many obstacles they created, they did not let the people suffer. He reminded them that they had anticipated the coming crisis and made advance arrangements. He stated that even though the prices of urea and DAP have increased, they are being subsidized here.
Prime Minister Modi reiterated that India has a stable government. He reminded that we have signed trade agreements with 40 countries since 2014. He said that our textile, pharma and fisheries resources are protecting us. He wanted to achieve self-sufficiency in the defense sector. He hoped that defense exports from India would increase. He said that defense production has increased 4 times in the last 12 years. He said that the production of khadi and rural industries has increased 5 times. He explained that electronics manufacturing has increased 7 times and mobile phone production has increased 33 times. He said that India should take 6G technology to the whole world. Prime Minister Modi hoped that there should be 50 companies from India among the Fortune 500 companies.
He said that Naxalism has been eradicated in the country. He expressed his grief that Naxalism and Maoism have claimed the lives of many young people. He said that as many soldiers have died in the war, as many policemen have died due to Naxalism. He said that those with Naxalist ideology need to be restrained. But he said that there are many Maoists in the country. He said that Maoism and Naxalism are still in their minds. Prime Minister Modi made it clear that there is a need to find and eliminate such people.
Prime Minister Modi called on all parties to come together for the implementation of women’s reservations. He said that women should get 33 percent reservation quota. He made it clear to the opposition parties that they should take the credit for it by supporting the Women’s Bill. He said that the census is very important in the development of the country. He described the census information as crucial for the design of schemes. He said that the youth should cooperate in the census. He made it clear to the youth that there should be no mistakes in the census registration. For this, Prime Minister Modi explained that free online training will be provided to the youth.
