Hyderabad, August 18: IIIT Hyderabad has opened applications for Cohort 3 of its 12 week certificate programme on Agentic AI.
The Division of Flexible Learning offers the programme titled “Agentic AI: From Concepts to Practice”.
The executive programme aims to train learners to design, build, deploy and operate agentic AI systems.
Applications will remain open until October 15, 2026. The programme will begin in late October.
IIIT Hyderabad Agentic AI Programme Details
The programme requires around 12 hours of learning each week. It combines live online classes, recorded lectures, labs and practical projects.
The curriculum covers four modules on Agentic AI foundations, design, implementation, evaluation, deployment and operations.
A campus immersion at IIIT Hyderabad is also planned towards the end of the programme.
Applicants should have basic coding knowledge, preferably in Python. At least one year of professional experience is preferred.
The programme fee is Rs. 90,000 plus GST. Limited scholarships and discounts may also be available.
Prof. Karthik Vaidhyanathan, the programme director, will lead the course. He said the programme focuses on building reliable and scalable agentic AI systems.
Prof. Sandeep Shukla, Director of IIIT Hyderabad, said the third cohort builds on the experience of two earlier cohorts.
The institute said successful participants will receive an IIIT Hyderabad certificate.
