Hyderabad, August 28: Several parts of Hyderabad will face a 24 hour drinking water supply disruption from Saturday, August 29.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) said the disruption is due to pipeline junction work at Bandlaguda X Road.
The supply interruption will begin at 10 am on August 29 and continue until 10 am on August 30.
Areas Affected by Hyderabad Drinking Water Supply Disruption
The affected areas include Shastripuram, Bandlaguda, Shamshabad, Madhuban, Durga Nagar and Suleman Nagar.
PDP, Golden Heights, Attapur, Kismatpur, 9 Number and Allabanda will also face the disruption.
Other affected areas include Bhojagutta, Gandhanguda, Prasanna Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Tattikhana, Gachibowli and Madhapur.
According to HMWSSB, normal drinking water supply is expected to resume by 10 am on Sunday, August 30.
Meanwhile, residents in the affected areas have been advised to use water judiciously to minimise inconvenience.
