Hyderabad: Popular American YouTuber MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, visited the Taj Mahal with his wife, Thea Booysen, on Thursday, drawing attention from tourists and fans.
The YouTube creator explored the iconic monument with members of his team and posed for photographs with visitors. His presence quickly became a talking point among tourists at the historic site.
Known for elaborate challenges, large giveaways and high-budget videos, MrBeast appeared in a more relaxed tourist mode during his India visit.

Visuals from the visit showed MrBeast wearing a white T-shirt and brown trousers, while Thea wore an all-black outfit.
The couple posed for photographs against the Taj Mahal’s marble backdrop. Security personnel were also seen nearby as visitors gathered around the YouTuber.
Both MrBeast and Thea wore protective shoe covers while exploring the monument’s premises.
A young fan also reportedly presented MrBeast with a book containing hand-drawn sketches of the YouTuber. The child, identified as Yuvan Gaurav, received a hug from MrBeast after giving him the sketches.
The Taj Mahal visit comes months after MrBeast and Thea got married in an intimate island ceremony attended by close friends and family.
Thea, a South African content creator, author and gamer, met MrBeast in 2022. He proposed to her on Christmas Day in 2024, and the couple married in July 2026.
For tourists visiting the Taj Mahal on Thursday, the unexpected celebrity appearance added another memorable moment to their trip.
