KCR Put Burden On People By Advancing Polls: Amit Shah
Karimnagar, Oct.10 (Maxim News): BJP national president Amit Shah today said Telangana State Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has put additional burden on the people by advancing Assembly elections in Telangana state.
Addressing a Massive public meeting at Ambedkar Ground here this evening, Amit said KCR has advanced elections which were scheduled to be held in April-May next year. He alleged that KCR has changed his mind sensing that he may face problems if Lok Sabha and Assembly elections were held together under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. CM KCR also did not keep his promises in distribution three acre lands to dalits. He asserted that the TRS government has failed to provide job to the youth and even failed to implement its promises. Stating that KCR government has utterly failed on all fronts, Amit Shah alleged that the TRS party, which had made 150 election promises, did not even implement a single promise.
The BJP chief said CM KCR had also promised providing double bed room to poor people , but he failed to fulill this promise also. So far, not even 5,000 double bed room houses were constructed under this scheme. KCR also did not bother who had said that he will provide jobs to family members of about 1200 martyrs.
Referring to agriculture in the State, Amit Shah said 4,500 farmers committed suicide in Telangana, but the TRS government did nothing to mitigate their problems. But the Modi government has taken steps to mitigate their problems and ensure profits, he said. The BJP chief said the Congress party never won elections fought under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. He said Congress and TDP cannot be an alternative to KCR. Even if Mahakutami established victory, will it have courage to fight against AIMIM, he asked
KCR has once again deprived people from welfare schemes introduced by Modi government, he said, adding that the Centre has initiated Arogya scheme with Rs five lakh insurance to each family in the country, but KCR did not implement this scheme in Telangana, he said.
Union Minister JP Nadda, State BJP president Laxman, former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, national general secretary Murlidhar Rao, MLA Kishan Reddy, MLC Ramachander Rao and former MP Janga Reddy and others attended the meeting. (Maxim News)
