Fish Seed Stocking Programme Today

Hyderabad, Aug.15 (Maxim News): During 2019-20 launching of fish seed stocking programme will be held on August 16, at Kaleshwaram Project – Medigadda Barrage by Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Fisheries and Cinematography.

Instructions were issued for launching of fish seed stocking programme in all the Districts with local representatives. Guidelines were issued from Commissioner of Fisheries, on implementation of fish seed stocking programme during 2019-20.

During this year, for the first time 1.24 crores of fish seed and 26 lakhs Juvenile prawns on 100 per cent grant has been proposed in Kaleshwaram Project at Medigadda, Annaram and Sundilla barrages. (Maxim News)
