Congress Demands Economic Emergency In Country

Hyderabad, Nov.6 (Maxim News): The Telangana observer of Congress party HK Patil on Wednesday said that the country was facing economic crisis under the BJP led NDA rule. He said the economic condition of neighbouring Bangladesh was far better than the economic condition of the country. He also demanded the Union government to declare Economic Emergency in the country to overcome the crisis.

Addressing mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan, Patil, who is also a former minister of Karnataka State, said that the promise of employment by the BJP government to the unemployed youth was in a state of deep slumber in the country. He mocked that the growth rate in the industrial sector dropped due to a drastic level in the country and added that the agricultural growth rate was on the ventilator in the country.

He also alleged that the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi were anti-people. He said the party had prepared an action plan to fight against the anti-people and anti-economic policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and take them to the doorstep of the people of the country. He said the party would hold protest programs in all the districts in the days to come. (Maxim News)
