Businessman Convicted For Trespass Into House Plot
Hyderabad, Jan.8 (Maxim News): Santhosh Kumar, Special Magistrate of XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Rajendra Nagar, on Tuesday convicted one Sathish Singh, a businessman and sentenced to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs 1,500.
According to the prosecution, on November 24, 2017, Sathish Singh, 53, of Shamsheergunj criminally trespassed into the complainant’s plot No 22 in survey no 745/Part admeasuring 200 square yards situated at Karunamaya Colony, Shamshabad and erected fencing and damaged the name board by threatening the colony people. The accused came again to the plot with deadly weapons and threatened the colony residents.
Following a complaint, the accused was arrested and sent judicial remand. He was charged with offences under Sections 447, 427 IPC by Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police. SI Shiva Kumar investigated the case under supervision of N. Prakash Reddy, DCP, Shamshabad and Court Monitoring Cell of Cyberabad Commissionerate and filed a charge sheet in the Special Magistrate of XIV Addl. MM Court at Rajendra Nagar. After trial, the accused was found guilty and convicted as per law. (Maxim News)
