Bandi welcomes govt decision to take back field assistants

Hyderabad, March 15 (Maxim News): State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today welcomed the decision of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to take back all field assistants of MGNREGS.

In a statement here today, Sanjay termed the decision of the CM as the victory of the BJP and claimed that the party had been fighting on the issue for a very long time. He also said he had raised his voice during his Praja Sangrama Yatra and added that he brought the problems faced by the family members of the field assistants to the notice of the State government. He also recalled that he had written a letter to the Chief Minister on the issue. He demanded that the Chief Minister take back 12,000 Vidya volunteers, 22,000 scavengers and 1,700 staff nurses into service. (Maxim News)
