Hyderabad, September 14th: One lady passenger who arrived at RGIA Airport on 14-09-2022 from Dubai by Flight no. EK524 was intercepted by the customs officers at RGIA, Hyderabad. On personal and baggage search of the PAX, gold in paste form is found to be concealed in rectum. The recovered Gold weighing 272.98 Gms, having Tariff value Rs.14,15,947/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Seven Only) has been seized under section 110 of the Customs Act, 1962.
Further investigation is under progress.
