Kanchanbagh Police Arrested Two For Creating Public Nuisance

Hyderabad, Dec 27 (Maxim News): The Kanchanbagh Police arrested two accused persons Babu Ghani (45) and Abdul Khaza (32) both the resident of Hafeez Baba Nagar, Hyderabad in a petty case U/s 70(A) CP Act & 186 IPC on the charge of obstructing Public servant duties and creating a public nuisance in drunken condition.

During the course of the investigation, the accused persons were apprehended on December 26 at their house, after a detailed inquiry accused persons were arrested and have been produced before the Court and the Court convicted the accused persons for 20-day jail and sent them to judicial custody.
