Congress Party Vice President Niranjan will take the certificate from the Election Officer on his behalf.
Abhishek Singhvi has been serving the Congress party for a long time. Since 2001, he has been working as the National Representative of Congress. He continued as a member of the Rajya Sabha for two terms (2006, 2018). In the Rajya Sabha elections held in March this year, he contested from Himachal Pradesh and lost to the BJP.
