Active Cases Of Coronavirus Crossed 10 Thousand Mark In The Country, More Than 1800 New Cases In A Single Day

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 27 (Maxim News): The spread of Coronavirus cases in the country is causing concern again. The epidemic that was thought to be under control is showing its fangs once again. In the last few days, close to two thousand new cases have been reported.

According to the latest information disclosed by the Ministry of Health, more than 1,800 new cases have been reported for the second day in a row. It is known that 1,890 cases were registered yesterday. However, in the last 24 hours, 56,551 people were tested for corona and 1,805 cases were found. With this, the number of people affected by Corona in the country has reached 4,47,05,952.

The number of active cases in the country has crossed the ten thousand mark. Currently, 10,300 cases are active, After April 2020, the number of active cases fell below ten thousand in November 2022 in the country. This is the first time to cross the ten thousand mark since then. From Sunday morning to Monday morning, 932 people recovered from the Covid-19 epidemic. With this, the total number of recovered people has reached 4,41,64,815. six people died due to the pandemic. One each died in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. Two died in Kerala. With this, the total number of deaths was recorded as 5,30,837.

Officials of the Ministry of Health have revealed that the daily positivity rate is 3.19 percent. The officials said that only 0.02 percent of the total positive cases registered so far are active. The recovery rate is 98.79 percent and the death rate is 1.19 percent. The Union Health Ministry has revealed that 220,65,54,022 crore doses of corona vaccine have been distributed across the country so far. (Maxim News)
