Andhra Assembly: TDP members walks out

Amravathi: The Opposition TDP members staged a walk out during the winter session of the AP Legislative Assembly on Wednesday for not allowing them to participate in the discussion on various bills.

They criticised the Speaker for not giving them a chance to speak despite asking on several occasions.

The Assembly would take up a short discussion on the Polavaram Project. Earlier, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy explained to the House as to why the AP government had cancelled wind power purchase agreements responding to a question raised by deputy flood leader Atchannaidu.
