AP CM Jagan Hoisted Independence Day Flag at IGMC Stadium

Amaravati, Aug.15 (Maxim News): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today hoisted national flag at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day celebrations. On the occasion he said that the tomorrow should give confidence to all the people of the state and added that today was meant to fix goals of the development of the state. The Chief Minister inaugurated the tableaux organized by various government departments and presented awards to the state government officials on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that they were providing a transparent rule to all the people of the state. He also said that they were taking all steps for doing justice to all SCs , STs, BCs and minorities of the state . YS Jagan said that his government had taken up several welfare programs during his last 26 Months long rule. The CM said that they had spent ₹83000 crore on the agriculture sector of the state and added that they were providing quality power to the farmers of the state during day time.

The CM said they had distributed ₹13500 crore under Rythu Bharosa scheme. He also said that the state government had distributed ₹17,000 crore under the scheme to the farmers so far. He also said that they had provided farmer insurance scheme to 31 lakh farmers of the state so far.

Speaking further , the CM said that the state government was providing pensions to the people of the state on the first of every month through village secretariats and added that they had providing 1.3 lakh permanent jobs to the people of the state. (Maxim News)
