Army Welfare Placement Organization Conducted A Placement Drive For ESM & VEER Naris
Secunderabad, 11 Mar 2023: A Mega Placement Drive was organized at Golden Palm Sainik Bhavan (GPSB), Secunderabad for Veterans, Widows, and Dependants of Armed Forces personnel hailing from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by Army Welfare Placement Organisation under the aegis of HQ Telangana and Andhra Sub Area on 10 Mar 2023 as part of International Women’s Day Celebrations. The venture was organized based on 40 vacancies sponsored by Logistic Company DELHIVERY with AWPO Regional office at Secunderabad.
All three phased interviews including the initial zero test online were conducted at the GPSP for 145 Ex-servicemen and 12 Veer Naris and dependents from both States.
A total of 28 candidates including three Veer Naris were selected after a rigorous selection process for the post of Team Leader and Manager. Brigadier K Somashankar, Officiating General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area graced the occasion and encouraged widows and Ex-servicemen to prepare themself to take up jobs in the private world and contribute to the growth of the nation with their skills.
