Arrested Three Offenders: Recovered 14 Bike And Duplicate Certificates

Hyderabad, June 11 (Maxim News): The Police Bowenpally apprehended Three offenders at their residences and also arrested ONE(1) Offender who was preparing duplicate vehicle Registration Certificates and recovered 14Two Wheelers and 4 duplicate Vehicle Registration Certificates (RC) from them and all worth Eight (8)Lakhs Rupees.

The arrested accused A-1) Raazak Khan age 38 yrs, Occ. Bike Mechanic, R/o Near Aqsa Majid, Amith Basthi, Suraram, Qutubullapur, A-2) YammalaYohanu @ Yohanu  age 29 yrs, Occ. Car Driver, R/o SY. No.80, Calvary temple Hospital, Shilpa Avenue Colony, Hafeezpet, Miyapur, Hyderabad, N/o Near Panchayat Office, Komaravolu Village, Eluru Mandal, West Godavari Dist, Andhra Pradesh State, A-3) GoriparthiVenkatappayya  age 28 yrs, Occ. Business (Xerox centre), R/o H. No.1-111, Near Hanuman temple, Gollapalem Village, Machilipatnam Mandal, Krishna Dist, Andhra Pradesh  and seized one laptop. 

The accused persons A1 Raazak Khan age: 38 Years and A-2) YammalaYohanu @ Yohanu, age: 30 years are residing at Suraram Qutubullapur and Hafeezpet of Miyapur respectively and both are friends. They are having financial issues due to their various addictions and in order to make easy money they planned to commit property offences. As per their plan, they started committing bike theft in October – 2023 in Bowenpally, Trimulgherry, Nampally, Jeedimetla, Alwal and other areas of Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerate. They moved in the residential localities in the early morning hours i.e., between 03.00 am to 06.00 am and after committing the offences they kept the stolen bikes near the scene of offence itself for one or two days and later took them away in their
convenient time without giving any chance to caught by the Police Patrolling parties. Later they sold the said stolen bikes in OLX to the innocent persons for Rs. 10000/- to 15000/-.

While purchasing the vehicles since some persons are demanding the Original Registration documents of the vehicle, they approached A-3 Goriparthi Venkatappayya who is running DTP center at Gollapalem Village, Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh State who prepared the duplicate vehicle Registration Certificates in his DTP center. The A-3 got the information from owners from RTA Website with the help of the Laptop and the same was sent to A-1 and A-2with a price of Rs. 1500/- for each document. After getting the duplicate RCs, the accused persons A-1 and A-2 sold the vehicles through OLX and other means.

Due to best efforts made by V. Sadar Naik, Detective Inspector of Police, Bowenpally and B. Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, SHO, Bowenpally and crime staff i.e., .D.Tuljaram SI of Police, Anil, HC B. Ramesh Murali PC  M. Shiva Shankar PC  M Mahesh PC  Shiva Kumar PC  and B Srinivasulu HG under the supervision of P. Gopala Krishna Murthy, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Begumpet Division and  P. Ashok, Addl. DCP, North Zone nabbed the above accused and recovered the stolen (14) Two wheelers, 4 duplicate Registration certificates and one Laptop.

The efforts of the above officers and staff are highly appreciated, and the proposals are being forwarded to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad city for suitable rewards. (Maxim News)
