Asaduddin Owaisi Kick Start Lok Sabha Election Campaign In Hyderabad
Hyderabad, April 12: (Maxim News): A day after Eid-Ul-Fitr celebrations, Asaduddin Owaisi, All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President and Hyderabad MP and candidate for the Hyderabad Lok Sabha Constituency wasted no time in kicking off his door-to-door campaign.

Asaduddin Owaisi today marked the beginning of his outreach efforts in Kamatipura, Osman Bagh, and Bandlaguda within the Bahadurpura assembly segments.
Accompanied by AIMIM Bahadurpura MLA Mohd Mubeen and AIMIM Corporators, Owaisi initiated the campaign with fervor and determination.

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has named Gaddam Srinivas Yadav as its candidate for Hyderabad parliament constituency in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) fielded Madhavi Latha for the seat. The Congress party has yet to announce the name, but Sameer Waliullah, Chairman Hyderabad Congress Committee Minority Department name is in the rounds.
It is to be here that Telangana is ranked 13th among states in terms of the number of Lok Sabha seats, boasting a total of 17 seats. Three seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates, and two seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates. In the 2019 elections, the BRS (then TRS) emerged as the dominant party, securing nine seats. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) followed with four seats, relegating the INC to third place with three seats. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) also secured one seat. (Maxim News)
