ATS to investigate Jabalpur-Nizamuddin Mahakaushal Express train accident
Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government here on Thursday ordered Anti-Terrorist Squad to investigate the Jabalpur-Nizamuddin Mahakaushal Express train accident here which left 22 passengers injured.
On directions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Health Minister Sidhharth Nath Singh rushed to the accident site to oversee rescue and relief operations.He also met the injured at the hospital.
Mr Singh said that state government has announced compensation of Rs 50,000 for the seriously injured and Rs 25,000 for those with minor injuries.On the Chief Minister’s direction, ATS and forensic teams have reached the spot.
